Refund policy

Returns

Please email admin@pardaparadise for any returns giving your reason for the return application.You can return your item within 14 days of receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn, with no perfume, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items such as our abayas and outer garments may be eligible for a return or exchange. However, due to hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable or refundable: All Hijabs, Hijab Caps/Undercaps and Body Jewellery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There is a standard £3.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from returned items.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Pardaparadise, if your order has not been dispatched. please contact admin@pardaparadise.com as soon a possible for a full refund.

Damaged Items

You must notify us of any damaged items within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Refunds (if applicable)re 

All returns are processed in order of arrival. Once received, a return may take up to 7 days to be processed or more sale periods. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original metessedhod of payment, within 14 days.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

There are no returns or exchanges on all sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any faulty items will be replaced for the same product. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We are not responsible for any loss of items in the post without a tracking number.
